Indicated for oily skin prone to acne and hyperkeratolytic conditions in high phototypes and/or sensitive skin. It uses the Macrogol (Polyethylene Glycol) vehicle that makes it suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive and dark skin types.
Salicylic Acid is known primarily for its keratolytic and comedolytic properties. The application of high concentrations produces a white epidermolysis on the papules, pustules and comedones within a few minutes of application.
The roof of the pustules is frequently ruptured, allowing the action of acid from the epithelium of the follicle to the sebaceous gland. It also has soothing, antipruritic, antiseptic, antimicrobial (reduces Propionibacterium acnes), astringent, anti-aging (accelerates the elimination of corneocytes) and anti-epidermoplastic properties.
