Target Nanopeel is an effective system in all types of melasma (including vascular melasma) thanks to the combination of high concentrations of retinoids with tranexamic acid and depigmenting active ingredients with different mechanisms of action such as azelaic acid, 4n-butyl resorcinol, ethyl VIT- C, growth factors HGH and EGF, diacetyl boldine and alpha-arbutin so that they not only act by inhibiting tyrosinase but also other enzymes of the melanogenesis process.

The most innovative active ingredient in the Target Nanopeel system is tranexamic acid, an antifibrinolytic that inhibits plasmin synthesis (whose synthesis is stimulated by the action of UV radiation, pregnancy, oral contraceptives ...), and prevents hyperpigmentation caused by both the release of arachidonic acid as by the release of proangiogenic factors. In addition, it has proven effective in all types of melasma, including vascular.
